Everyday Vision House welcomes thoughtful pitches about interior design, rooms, materials, colour, objects and the ideas that connect them. We are looking for clear, original work for curious general readers, not a sales pitch dressed as an article.

What makes a good pitch

Send a brief outline of the subject, the point you want readers to understand and why it is a useful or revealing angle. A strong proposal has a clear scope, a distinct perspective and a reader in mind. Explain any relevant sources or experience honestly; do not imply research, testing or access you do not have.

Contributions we consider

We consider explanatory features, thoughtful comparisons, design histories, myth-checking and occasion-based pieces that help readers notice interiors differently. The topic should stand on its own without relying on brand promotion, unsupported claims or instructions for hazardous work.
