Editorial policy
Everyday Vision House aims to make interior design ideas clear, considered and useful to general readers. We distinguish explanation from opinion, avoid presenting personal taste as a universal rule, and correct errors when they are brought to our attention.
Accuracy and clarity
We check factual statements against reliable material available to us and use careful wording when a subject is open to interpretation. Articles should explain their terms and make clear when they are offering an interpretation rather than a settled fact. We do not claim first-hand testing or research where none has taken place.
Independence and partnerships
Editorial decisions are made with the reader and the subject in mind. Payment or a partnership does not guarantee favourable coverage or editorial approval. Any material created as part of a paid collaboration, and any partner placement, is clearly labelled so readers can recognise its relationship to a partner.
Corrections and illustrations
Readers can contact us about a possible error through the Contact page. We review correction requests and amend material when warranted, with wording that makes a meaningful correction clear. Some illustrations may be AI-generated; where that applies, the illustration is labelled accordingly and is not presented as a documentary photograph.
